Michael Buble's new CD, "Crazy Love," offers a range of beautiful songs that not another artist on the planet could pull off on a single album like Buble. Whether it's the new single, "Hold On," or a familiar favorite like, "Georgia On My Mind," there is something that speaks to everyone.
The title track, "Crazy Love," is indeed the Van Morrison classic, but translated with a seductive edge that is classic Buble. He says, "When I sing ‘Crazy Love’ it’s not that I am going to sing better or sound better than Van Morrison, it's that it's going to be different than Van Morrison. It is going to be my interpretation of the song. That can only come from my life experience and what I have gone through. Or the love or the loss I've gone through."
Eleven of the thirteen tracks are his melodic interpretations; "Cry Me A River," and "All of Me," are not to be missed. He mixes it up a bit by throwing in a rendition of the Eagle's "Heartache Tonight," which is a nice, rockin’ surprise, but for the majority of the album he relies on his best asset: crooning out the love in the love song.

One of Maddi's band buddies made her a CD, its in the player in MY car, it starts out with all nasty rap that offers nothing short of a sex ed talk...until track 14 when I realized there is a God and he came in the form of a Michael Buble song.
After listening to that mix of "favorites" this mom could use a whole CD treat of Michael Buble.
